Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

People call Lifeline’s 24-hour crisis line about suicidal thoughts or attempts, anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse and trauma, stresses from work, family or society and self-help information for friends and family.

Kids Helpline

Since 1991, Australia’s kids and young people have been turning to our professional, specialised counsellors, no matter who they are, where they live or what they want to talk about.

Our communities have changed, the issues kids face have changed, and the ways our counsellors engage with and help young people have changed.

Mensline Australia

MensLine Australia is the national telephone and online support, information and referral service for men with family and relationship concerns.

Our MensLine Australia professional counsellors are experts in men’s mental health, anger management, family violence, substance abuse, healthy relationships and integrated wellbeing.

Suicide Callback Service

The Suicide Call Back Service is a 24 hour, nationwide service that provides free telephone, video and online counselling. You can call us anywhere and anytime on 1300 659 467.

Our professionally trained counsellors have specialist skills in working with suicide-related issues and they can help you to work through the pain and distress you may be feeling

Legacy Australia

Legacy is a voluntary organisation supported by veterans, servicemen and women, and volunteers drawn from all walks of life.

Our support and services now extend to include the dependants of members of today’s Australian Defence Force who lose their lives or their health as a result of their military service.
