Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
  • The item cost (excluding delivery fees) will be refunded once the item has been received.
  • 42 for 42 Incorporated does not cover return delivery fees unless an error was made on our end.
  • Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

  • To return any product, please email address at the following address: social@42for42.org.au and provide the following details:
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Order Number
    • Item to be returned

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
