Make sure on Wednesday night at 10:30 pm you watch one of Australia’s heroes compete at the Paralympics canoe in Rio.

Curt McGrath his legs in the war on terror in Afghanistan he is an inspiration to all Australians and all veterans. You’re a hero to all of us Curt McGrath, good look bro.

A message from Curtis before his race;

The boat is looking good and I am ready to go, only one more sleep until we are racing and making history.

To get you all prepped for the event here are some tips for the broadcast. I am not sure on the TV schedule on Channel 7, so if you head to the Paralympic Games website for a potential live stream. https://www.paralympic.org/rio-2016

My race is on Wednesday and I’m in Heat 1 KL2 Men racing at 9:30 am Rio time, which is 10:30 pm AEST. My final is the same time but on Thursday.
